Cannot connect to Google location service and therefore cannot use home/away. Will not toggle on. Also, Google Home Mini cannot find my phone but the phone can easily be found using Google Chrome. Tried all possible fixes but home/away is broken...

When clicking on the network, so I can move my Nest to another one, the popup just flickers and go away. This means I can't change the network.
