This is one of the best apps I have found for casual playing either against CPU or "pass & play" with a friend in person, with or without WiFi. The computer offers enough of a challenge for beginner-intermediate and has higher difficulty settings that I've yet to even try. The graphics are great for what it is, and you so have the option to change the 3D mode to the classic 2D mode as well, I suppose to save data maybe?

Wonderful! Love the graphics, calming music, and the ability to choose between 2D or 3D. My favorite feature is being able to play either by myself or with someone, who I am with, on my phone. Analysis options would be awesome. Maybe even some tips, tricks, or plays available when playing a computer. It would be nice if computers had different difficulty levels. Obviously multiplayer would be an awesome feature, as well. Thank you for making this digital 3D Chess app!

Five stars because the graphics are at least a 9; User friendly a 6; strength level, for the average player "Hard" will present a decent educational challenge because casual players will struggle to win many, many, many times until, through persistence, the learning experience will lead to an eventual win. Personally, I only play Hard with a 3 to 1 win average against the program. This is not typical for the average user, however. I am a USCF player with a tournament rating of 2100+
