Doesn't recognize my speaker unfortunately (Charge 3). I opened the app, then connected my speaker and the app even after a good 10 or so minutes still could not find my speaker. Factory resetting it would not help either. Only reason it's 2 stars instead of one is because it doesn't require you logging into the app to use it. At least that's something

Bought two Go 4s. One connected fine. The other one won't connect. The normal Bluetooth pairing process doesn't work. I keep getting a popup on the lower half of my screen asking me to connect. It takes over a minute to connect, but then it's still not connected. It prompts me to download this app, which also can't find the speaker. The speaker is useless. Update: I deleted the first speaker hoping it would help, and now I can't connect to that one. So now both speakers are useless.

Unnecessary extra app added. Gifted this speaker & suddenly 10 months later it won't connect to my phone without an app downloaded and sucking my data. IT DIDNT NEED AN APP. Honestly, if I could throw the speaker at the app developers who decided to turn off my speakers ability to pair to my phone today, I would. This is THE WORST decision they could've made. If I could give this completely unnecessary app zero stars I would. ETA- Now the app won't pair the speaker until it gets an update.
