Used to work perfectly and control everything I needed it to, but ever since the Alexa+ update, nothing works. Tells me it can't help me with basic things like telling the time, none of the skills work, never does my routines, won't play spotify, and takes at least 30 seconds just to turn the lights on and off if it turns them on and off at all. The update has basically turned my pop into an ugly paperweight.

In the 1st year it was very helpful, but videos would stop playing. After 2 years it has stopped working already. It has never been dropped or damaged in any way. It started getting really slow responding to Alexa, reminders coming at the wrong times and screen going black. No support recommended suggestions have worked or some just can't be tried since you can't even get to the settings part and you can't do things when it's unresponsive and the screens all black . A huge disappointment!

I don't use enough features, for sure, but I love Alexa and her helpfulness. She times my cooking and tells me what to wear to keep from freezing when I walk the dog. we're still very disappointed that the shipping list can no longer be shared. That's really lame. I was going to give 5 stars, but remembered the shopping list thing...so... get better Alexa.
