ArcGIS Survey123

I used this app for the recent nationwide Riverwatch Survey. It works, doesn't require you to create an account. But it randomly freezes and crashes. It's not very user friendly, you need to go into various submenus to "update" the survey. When adding my location to the survey I had to patiently wait whilst the entire app froze, if I pressed anything I'd risk losing progress. I am using a Pixel 9 Pro XL (pretty much the most vanilla Android phone you can buy).

it works but not smoothly. the app has to reboot almost every time you navigate away from it, and you have to wait for everything to load again. I haven't tried it but the way it works I doubt it would work well in an area with no data connectivity. I prefer fulcrum.

Great application provided you have a halfway decent developer. Has tons of "out of the box" solutions that are a tad clunky. Knowing some one that can discuss a data management strategy and configure it accordingly can turn this into an extremely efficient app for field data collection at a variety of levels of precision (all depends on what inputs/sensors its reading from). only 4 because there is always room for improvement.
