The Sicon Service app helps your engineers keep track of their appointments and holidays, maintained via your Sicon Service module. The app offers offline operation, saving completed work items to be uploaded when your engineer next has a connection to the internet. The engineer can update appointments with work that has been carried out, issue parts and stock from their van, and complete all of the information needed to get the case ready for billing. This version of the Sicon Service app is compatible with all versions of the Sicon Service module above (and including) the v21.1 release.
