It kept giving error messages saying a problem with my connection, which is rubbish as I'm at home and everything else works. Hence me posting this review. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it asks to verify my email and mobile number, but the verification code doesn't come through. I'm now locked out of the app and cant pay for my packages or choose my delivery address because it won't let me log in. Great work again Aramex!

Very glitchy and keeps resetting for no reason and doesn't display the latest updates. Sometimes it will say the shipment is in transit and it will be out for delivery without notifying me. They preview on the app how to swipe shipments and it never goes away and I can't swipe between shipments.

one of the worst delivery services in egypt orders gets delayed for so many days. every single one of my orders got out for delivery and then at night it says to me on the application "customer could not be reached, contact details are required...etc" when they didn't even call me that day! one of my orders got delayed for 8 days and the second one 5 days and now the current one got delayed again / update: still didn't get my order. please don't use their delivery service you will suffer.
